THE HARRIS ADVANTAGE:
PHASE 2 – REPAIR & RESTORATION
PHASE 2 – REPAIR & RESTORATION
Construction & Restoration of Damaged Property
Fire and water damage is extremely destructive to your property. Effects on your life can linger long after the flames or flooding. The sooner you get fire and water damage cleaned up and repaired, the better for you, your property and your wallet.
In many cases, potentially toxic smoke is the most dangerous part of a structure fire. It is that smoke that can saturate even parts of the structure that didn’t burn. It can contaminate every article of clothing, every piece of furniture, every child’s stuffed toy with potentially allergenic or toxic smoke particles. The smoke particles are microscopic, so they are hard to remove, requiring specialized techniques and equipment. Water damage is just as dangerous, creating mold build up and destroying the flooring, walls and even the furniture on your property.
At Harris Claims Services, our restoration experts and public adjusters know how to work with insurance companies to help them quickly and accurately assess and document your damage. This way you can get started on your home or business repairs quickly.
What Harris Can Do for You
Upon a verbal settlement agreement, Harris Claims Services begins construction immediately. Insurance companies can sometimes take months from the date of the disaster to begin issuing settlement checks. When HCS is retained to perform the flood or fire repairs or restoration, there is no building adjusting fee, and work is done based on the amount agreed upon by the insurance company. Here again, there are no out–of–pocket expenses to the property owner.
We understand how devastating a disaster can be especially with your possessions in jeopardy, and we will assign a certified professional as required to manage the construction process effectively.
